The Met Breuer was a modern and contemporary art museum located at Madison Avenue and East 75th Street in Manhattan's Upper East Side. The Breuer Building—a 1966 structure designed by Marcel Breuer and formerly home to the Whitney Museum of American Art—the museum featured works from the Met's collection and hosted monographic and thematic exhibitions.
