270 Park Avenue, also known as the JPMorgan Chase Tower and the Union Carbide Building, was a 52-story skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan. Built in 1960 for Union Carbide and designed by Gordon Bunshaft and Natalie de Blois of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, it later became JPMorgan Chase's global headquarters. Demolished in 2021 to make way for a taller building, it held the record as the tallest building ever voluntarily demolished.
